1. Wal-Mart's app is the way it should be! I uninstalled this useless app immediately.Your app does not route you to the right place to even sign in... That is happening here and when you try to go to the website... And it logs you out and gives and error page..No way to remove items if you change your mind or select the wrong item.

2. This app does not show the Kroger store I shop at despite them removing the deli kiosk a month ago and promising that this app would be working.

3. I'm beginning to think my local kroger has their order system turned off so they don't have to deal with online orders.My problem is being seen by multiple users.

1. Fix Kroger Fresh Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kroger Fresh: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kroger Fresh App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kroger Fresh" » Open Kroger Fresh » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kroger Fresh » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kroger Fresh app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kroger Fresh servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kroger Fresh" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kroger Fresh app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kroger Fresh might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kroger Fresh. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kroger Fresh then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kroger Fresh not working
