1. Literally, why do you care where I am at when I enter the rewards points on my restaurant receipt? I will never understand rewards programs that frustrate people who want to be loyal.The app itself will launch and I can earn points... haven't tried redeming yet; but I am currently receiving notifications of offers & notifications but when i open the app's Inbox there are no details.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wings and Rings » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wings and Rings - US app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wings and Rings servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wings and Rings - US" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wings and Rings app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wings and Rings might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wings and Rings. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wings and Rings then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wings and Rings not working
