I think the value is worth it because you only use what you need as it's pre-measured for you and you're not buying these ingredients at the store and have the rest sitting un-used in your fridge/pantry, which groceries are much more expensive these days.I placed an order and got charged and a confirmation email.

2. I can spend my energy elsewhere and still have great, fresh meals 3 nights a week!The app must be fake.

3. I don't like getting charged in two separate pieces for what's included in the plan and what meals have additional prices.I love Hello Fresh.

4. I'm uninstalling this app in hopes that this app will get fixed.These meals are awesome, haven't had a bad one yet! I keep the recipe cards when I want to make it again on my own.

5. They start with missing recipe cards, then key ingredients, then entire meals.

6. I called they told me I could change the order, but not cancel it.It's a pretty decent app but in the future could you have the wonderful chefs you hire to make instructional videos along with each dish? It would be hard for the competition to match you.

7. Sometimes ingredients arrive past their prime and/or missing, but customer service has always been really great about making it up in the end.

8. That being said, it is not as "inexpensive" as they make it sound, the meals are RIDICULOUSLY high in calories, and they really under estimate the time the meals take to prep/cook.

1. Fix HelloFresh Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HelloFresh: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HelloFresh App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HelloFresh" » Open HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HelloFresh » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HelloFresh servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HelloFresh app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HelloFresh might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HelloFresh. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HelloFresh then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HelloFresh not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HelloFresh be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HelloFresh not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HelloFresh may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
