1. Both agents were great and were trying to be helpful; the second made sure the DashPass was canceled and refunded the charges.I wish there was an option to tip DASHER after an order was completed.

6. However, I have gotten a 40% code from doordash twice and both times my order was cancelled because "the driver had an unforseen issue" or something like that.

7. Example being on android, only 1 Buffalo Wild Wings is listed over 5 miles away, while iPhone has 3 listed with one of them being only 2.5 miles away.I do not recommend Doordash at all at this point.

8. I have just spent weeks getting emails about a payment failure for the DashPass that I never signed up for and had been canceled a month ago when I found the charge.

9. UberEATS has this option, which is great! So many times I tip Dashers for there to take forever and a day for delivery and/or have items come up missing for my orders.

10. Be having to watch that before finalizing the order.WORST APP EVER! I tried OVER AND OVER AND OVER again to add an item that I missed to my KFC order.

11. We've canceled Dashpass several times,but its still active, they try to charge us, it's declined, I try to cancel & they told me they can't bc my account has been inactive.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DoorDash Issues

1. Fix DoorDash Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DoorDash: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DoorDash App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DoorDash" » Open DoorDash - Food Delivery » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DoorDash » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DoorDash - Food Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DoorDash servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DoorDash - Food Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DoorDash app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DoorDash might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DoorDash. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DoorDash then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DoorDash not working


2. Fix DoorDash Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DoorDash be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DoorDash not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DoorDash may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
