I got a new phone a month ago and tried to use the app, it won't let me log in, sends me an email to verify the device, once I do and try and log in, it takes to the the website and makes me log in again.

3. However, for the past two weeks, I've tried to order via the app and every time I "pick a restaurant", the app directs me back to the home screen to pick delivery or pickup.

4. The major issue I have is that the user experience for reporting an issue with a delivery order is very cumbersome when you compare to apps like doordash.

5. It's a little thing that brightens my day; add it as an available customization to the water, and I'll no longer be disappointed.Within the last couple of updates, the comment section on the final order page has gone missing.

So sad and frustrated right nowOverall, the food ordering part does exactly what it's supposed to, HOWEVER I was out of town and used the map feature and if you ask if to give you directions to the store you've chosen, and it does a good job of choosing THE CLOSEST, the directions will lead you FAR FAR AWAY TO ANOTHER PART OF TOWN.

7. This is disappointing and this app is harder to use with the amount of clicks required to make an order or to not be able to adjust an order.

8. I noticed that now you can't change your pickup preference from a curbside order to a drive-thru anymore.

1. Fix Chick-fil-A Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chick-fil-A: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chick-fil-A App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chick-fil-A" » Open Chick-fil-A® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chick-fil-A » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chick-fil-A® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chick-fil-A servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chick-fil-A®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chick-fil-A app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chick-fil-A might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chick-fil-A. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chick-fil-A then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chick-fil-A not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chick-fil-A be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chick-fil-A not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chick-fil-A may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
