1. I hope it will survive the hard times, I have been using it twice a week for the past few years ! So I put 4 stars because of recent reduced service, but it would have been 5 stars 2 weeks ago.It's a good app to help you to grocery shop when you're busy, lazy to go outside, or simply don't wanna spend more for buying more stuff than you've planned.

2. Uninstalling.Happyfresh data storage? Why is Happyfresh storing over 1.1GB on my computer, next highest site is 350mb? Why the difference? This seems fishy to me.I can easily choose items & compare prices from different supermarkets near me.

3. Please keep improving the options and the application! Thank you for being there.App and services for me had always been top notch, CS is/was very responsive until last week, when suddendly, my favorite supermarket wasn't available anymore.

4. Generally, the service is pretty good & convenient.The apps always show pop up to enable notificafion everytime i opened the apps and when i choose the stores / search the product.

5. You can double check your shopping order and final total, to check out of stock & replaced items if you have not received a call.

6. Annoying pop-up asking me to switch on notification to keep up to date with promotions, please remove this because it is useless and annoying to use the app.I first used HappyFresh in 2020 because of COVID-19 pandemic.

1. Fix HappyFresh Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HappyFresh: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HappyFresh App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HappyFresh" » Open HappyFresh - Grocery Delivery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HappyFresh » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HappyFresh - Grocery Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HappyFresh servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HappyFresh - Grocery Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HappyFresh app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HappyFresh might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HappyFresh. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HappyFresh then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HappyFresh not working

2. Fix HappyFresh Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HappyFresh be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HappyFresh not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HappyFresh may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
