1. The phone verification is a bit slow as well, so I wouldn't recommend using the app in the store as you can only collect points before you pay.Overall, really slick and ordering is easy.
2. Food prices are outrageous, and it's really annoying that you keep replacing good items with trash (the new "quesadilla").Easy and intuitive to use when ordering using the app.
3. I will admit I am stubborn, but sometimes, on your day off, you just want to order online and not have to walk in somewhere 😂 Please fix the app Chipotle, Sincerely, a typical milennial🤣❤️App used to be good, now it's terrible...just like the actual restaurant.
4. Number 2, I've tried scanning at the register 3 times and it has never actually added the points from my order.
5. It's interesting that when you use your points, the amount comes out immediately but not the case when points are to be added after making a purchase.This app seems to hang up when you try To log in to it.
6. It would also be nice if you could cover the rest of the payment with a credit card if the gift card balance doesn't cover the entire purchase.
7. Just today, I've tried to order 3-4 times, and the order doesn't go through, and my account keeps getting charged.

10. Basically, I know chipotle wants data, and I REALLY want their rewards, but the app just doesn't work with their workflow and it has never actually worked for me.
11. There's virtually no points accumulation, and without any sort of deals or promotions, this app is just a waste of space on your phone.
A couple of weeks ago I placed an online order. My husband drove to the store to pick it up only to find a sign on the door stating they were closed and for us to call the posted phone number for a refund. I called and was told I would receive a full refund. I did receive a credit back on my debit card but, was not given back the $3.16 I had used on a gift card. Please refund the balance
