1. Basically means the actual printer is a complete waste of money because you can't actually use the app to print anything.I love the app and printer so far, the photos are small (wallet size) and it prints fairly quickly.

2. Printer light has no indication of lack of paper either, it's just plain white.I love the Kodak smile when it actually works.

3. It doesn't relaibly connect to my phone, and when it does finally connect - it either doesn't load or takes upwards of 20 mins to load my gallery so I can start using it.

4. Kodak has been around for a long time and I am sure they can hire good software engineers.Horrendous. This app is so slow and the majority of times won't even open the folders to select/print photos.

5. Regardless of how many times I restart my phone, the printer, or uninstall and reinstall, my printer goes offline when I select a photo.

6. If you are having jam issues, slightly curve the picture paper down on the end that is feeding into the printer.

7. My pictures load just fine I just have trouble connecting to the printer even when Bluetooth is on.

8. The features are more focused on add-ons and didn't appear to be much on enhanced clarity which is necessary for mobile pics most of the time.worked fast and great for a solid week.

9. I will say that the printer is more reliable than the sprocket (which i exchanged to get the smile) but there are lots of bugs in using this app and the printer.

1. Fix KODAK SMILE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KODAK SMILE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KODAK SMILE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KODAK SMILE" » Open KODAK SMILE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KODAK SMILE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KODAK SMILE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KODAK SMILE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KODAK SMILE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KODAK SMILE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KODAK SMILE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KODAK SMILE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KODAK SMILE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KODAK SMILE not working

2. Fix KODAK SMILE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KODAK SMILE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KODAK SMILE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KODAK SMILE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
