1. It's nice to be able to print stickers from your phone, but the app often doesn't pair with the device easily (3-4 reconnects usually) and the colors do not come out looking like the photo.

2. What is the point of playing with the filters, borders, and stickers if the image doesn't look remotely like the preview!?The option to be able to print from my phone directly is great, but the actual app sucks.

3. Color is also off.I used to absolutely love this device and app, I loved the old old version, it printed well, and stayed pretty true to print, maybe a little dark.

4. The color of the photo you print is not true, it prints much darker than expected, and it's very touchy about adjusting the brightness.

5. And you can choose to edit a photo OR print preview in order to fill the whole print (print w/o the white borders), but you can't do both.

6. Keep the stickers well stocked to account for this.Cannot print the color red in stickers anymore for some reason, red hearts turn out brown.

1. Fix Zip Printer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zip Printer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zip Printer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zip Printer" » Open Zip Printer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zip Printer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zip Printer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zip Printer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zip Printer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zip Printer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zip Printer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zip Printer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zip Printer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zip Printer not working

2. Fix Zip Printer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zip Printer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zip Printer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zip Printer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
