1. I liked this camera when I first got it but the app makes it virtually impossible to use so I'm really disappointed and wouldn't recommend.Weird App, would like to think the size of this business they could aleast make the effort in having a top notch app, it's pretty bad, nothing ever saves, jumps in and put of connecting and the border just makes no sense, you put a nice border round a picture or background yet it doesn't print off, the red line around the photo defaults everytime you come out of an edit and you get the picture and that it so why bother with awful menus which don't actually do anything, nice gadget but weird.....P300R The new "update" prevents me from printing any prints.
2. My hopes were so high that I bought 10 cartridges (100 prints) with the printer. The little printer was working great up to this forced update, now the quality of print colors is terrible, it continues to loose connection with the Bluetooth, you are not able to add the words to the photo before printing, when you get the option to add words the program drops a word or two occasionally.
3. FIX THIS! The old app worked great. The way the printer connects to the phone threw me off at first: if folks are having trouble connecting to the printer, you have to have it paired to your phone's bluetooth first.
4. We were doing a photo with Santa charity event, and all of a sudden, after two prints, the dock wouldn't print, regardless of how it was connected.
5. It's very hit and miss as to whether photos will print with a border, and whether the photo will print as you have set it up on the app in the first place with the correct rotation and cropping.
6. Very unhappy, wish I knew how messed up the app is before I bought the photo printer!I have no issues with this application.
7. It seems almost like there is two different programs running, the old easy to use and the new one 👎The dock worked fine for three days of test prints.
8. Will disconnect several times before I am finaly able to edit and print out a photo.
9. I was confused since the phone itself doesn't connect to the printer, but it needs the app open.
10. Then, with the printer on, and your phone's bluetooth on, open the app.
11. But the app works well for me, and I hope this helps folks.GLITCHY & FRUSTRATING, PLEASE FIX!! Keeps on disconnecting from bluetooth, just as many others mention.
