1. The app is super basic 3-step app, variations are not supported, changes are not allowed, I was sent back to start over 2 times and ended up paying full price for the product although I had an active promotion code.Placed order haven't picked up yet.
2. Also when it came time to select the pictures, I couldn't open up the thumbnail (which was really frustrating because I have multiple shots and wanted to pick the best one)I've used this app for years, I've never had issues in the past.
3. Scrolling through pictures is poor, doesn't seem to cache previous photos in the view and takes way too long to load them.
4. in my case there's none nearby so it can't find any and won't allow me to select one by map view.Broken by design as it requires you to connect to a special WiFi.
5. The app uses location services to select nearest shop with kiosk, will not allow me to select another shop.
6. Any other app (Google photos, local camera) loads at instantaneous speed while scrolling on my phone.
7. Even if it worked, usability is very poor, with having to manually to connect to the right WiFi and hoping it doesn't auto-connect to the machine you used last time.
8. I am visually impaired on your app if once you clicked to select photo you could make it full screen on your phone it would be very helpful.
9. Viewing photos in cart to edit are in low resolution, just seems unfinished.Really didn't like using this app, not very intuitive.
10. I can't submit from Google photos to a kiosk, but I can through the online ordering? It only allows from local picture storage.
11. For additional insult, the stores already have properly working WiFi, which sure would be a far more convenient way to transfer data.This app has many issues that desperately need to be addressed.
