1. The content seems to be good but if I can't use it on the tube or without wifi what's the point.. Whoever manages this app doesn't seem to care much about improving it.. And before you ask, I won't be emailing to support.. you do itPretty good for learning more about mental health.

I have found the technical issues with this app leave me more stressed than when I started, which doesn't really help.This is a brilliant app, if you suffer fron depression, anxiety, panic attack and much more, it asks you some questions about yourself and your problems, then It gives you a programme to follow.
3. Its good app for developing skills and knowledge to deal with and improve mental health.This application needs a dark theme.
4. I was worried about not being motivated to keep continuing a learning series but it's so simple and you complete such a small portion each day.
5. The main home screen seems to lag and not be up to date however I'm enjoying all the Series' and find them very informative and easy to follow.
6. It tells you when to meditate, and also gives you some courses to watch, it tells you when the best time is to do them, it follows you're progress and changes thing when you need it.
7. But worse, even with WiFi or data access, I can't load a lot of the functions, like continuing a series of meditations.
8. The series are fantastic and I have learnt so much about mental health and managing my own.
9. Dark mode!! Using this at night isn't pleasant.
