1. The settings are very basic with no other options to try and remedy the uploading problems.There were a few bugs in the Android version which seem to have been cleared by the update.

2. Seems to transcribe well so the quality must be okay at the other end.Used to be a 5 but they seem not to have listened to any of the complaints about poor quality of the dictation play back.

3. Turn off the voice detection and stop/start manually and its much easier to use, and gives a much clearer recording.Was previously a good app, now unable to send dictation via email.

4. I am unsure whether there was a recent update however I am no longer able to send dictation to the connected Dropbox.

1. Fix Dictate + Connect (Dictamus) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dictate + Connect (Dictamus): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dictate + Connect (Dictamus) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dictate + Connect (Dictamus)" » Open Dictate + Connect (Dictamus) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dictate + Connect (Dictamus) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dictate + Connect (Dictamus) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dictate + Connect (Dictamus) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dictate + Connect (Dictamus)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dictate + Connect (Dictamus) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dictate + Connect (Dictamus) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dictate + Connect (Dictamus). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dictate + Connect (Dictamus) then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dictate + Connect (Dictamus) not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dictate + Connect (Dictamus) be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dictate + Connect (Dictamus) not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dictate + Connect (Dictamus) may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
