1. While it appears to properly send eDiary entries to the study staff, it doesn't show what you've completed and it randomly adds tasks you've already completed back to your task list, requiring you to keep track of what you've done in the study.
2. Also password manager takes three times as long compared to normal apps, so that might be what others see (android)On a Pixel 4, the biometric login doesn't work at all.
3. Every time they update the app, the biometric login does not work and codes have to be reentered The developer email fails.The question doesn't work.
4. It's super annoying, and when I reach out to tech support they want to call me during business hours, and I don't want to take time from my workday to troubleshoot a medical study app.
5. The "Don't Remind Me" option about the face/fingerprint idea doesn't work, because it reminds me every time I log in.
6. This app needs significant work!This app is the most painful part of the study I'm in, including the blood draws.
7. I they can't get this app right, what else are they screwing up? Almost guaranteed that I have to restart the app, or my entire phone everytime I want to use it or nothing will show up in my eDiary to complete.
8. Once complete, the calendar doesn't recognize the task as complete.
9. That on top of erroneous alerts to do the training endlessly, no contact with support and calendar not connected with study.
10. It doesn't register data unless you complete a full run through in a specific way.
11. Even then I am unable to complete tasks about 50% of the time.
