1. One improvement I can think of right now is when a client or I are in the middle of logging a workout, if I have to leave the app for even a second and then return to the app my input will be erased from that workout, causing me to reenter reps, weight, etc... Overall satisfied with the app and great customer service!The idea of the app is great! I like the integration of Myfitnesspal and Fitbit.
2. My biggest complaint is when logging workouts the menu button is always displayed down in the bottom right, and if you tap it AT ALL it abandons the workout with no warning and pulls up the menu, deleting everything that was logged.
3. Many exercises in the database are listed multiple times so if I'm adding an exercise to a workout that I've previously done the history won't show unless you select the exact same listingI've been using this app with my coach for over a year.
4. This is incredibly frustrating when you accidentally tap the menu while picking up your phone to log your set, or when it's right next to the check box for your final exercise and you tap that instead, wiping everything.Integration with other devices hasn't worked up to date.
5. When searching my workout history, the reps, sets, and weight columns aren't in a consistent place.
6. I love it.I really enjoy this app and my clients seem to enjoy it as well! The user experience is very easy and intuitive for both trainer and client.
7. However, it's a little slow to respond when checking off sets or when inputting number or reps or weights.
8. Only complaint is that it has a bit of a lag to it - oftentimes when selecting a button or a box, there's a 1 second delay in its response time.
9. Loading is extremely slow when starting and finishing a workout.
10. Sometimes the app also doesn't recognize taps properly, which is a pain that I have learned to live with, unfortunately.Great app, love the layout and everything it provides.
11. If you are a trainer you will understand the frustration as you need to be focused on the clients form not on checking the app to see if it is working.
I don't use my pt hub as I do not use it anymore. Could you please remove my subscription contract? Thanks

My PT Hub is not what I'm looking for. Therefore, I want my subscription terminated.
