I linked my new one and the money still hasn't hit my bank account, not to mention they charge 3.0% and when you select the refund payment option it tells you that it's subject to additional processing fees... I don't recommend using the app and accepting card payments through the app.Been using this for a few years now and would love to keep using it but the new price increase turns me off.

1. Fix Invoice2go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Invoice2go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Invoice2go App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Invoice2go" » Open Invoice2go: Easy Invoice Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Invoice2go » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Invoice2go: Easy Invoice Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Invoice2go servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Invoice2go: Easy Invoice Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Invoice2go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Invoice2go might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Invoice2go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Invoice2go then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Invoice2go not working

2. Fix Invoice2go Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Invoice2go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Invoice2go not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Invoice2go may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
