Recommended to all Android users looking to build a solid core.Absolute ab's and core cardio workout, set the difficulty level and get into it! what a great way to get that workout at home at no cost except for a bit of sweat.Works perfectly if you already know how to perform the individual exercises because the graphics are not great which is understandable considering the size.
2. Highly recommended this for anyone who wants to burn your belly fatThe workouts are great, I feel the burn but it kinda didn't target the abs.
