The nutrition part of this app also gives you another piece of the puzzle, well worth upgrading to the Pro version.Why not give the ability to choose which exercises you want to do,length of time for each, and the ability to save them if you have the pro version? 8/4/21 Update: The app is not working correctly when it comes to using the Shuffle feature.

It even gives you meal options, snack options, plays a video clip of the exercise l you're performing while you're doing it, allows you to tap somewhere else, to see where the specific focus on the Abs is for each particular exercise, counts down the timing of the exercises as well as the rest time.

4. Every time when there are 10 seconds remaining in the exercise, it stops the music for those 10 seconds.I love the brief workouts.

6. Also if this freeze happens on the last exercise (like day 13), then the app won't let me progress to the next day because I didn't complete the workout.
7. The "Shuffle" feature is another gem, with your ability to change your fitness level frok beginner to advanced, it gives you everything to get a strong core.
8. Shuffle has a bug where it doesnt change the workout but still increments the number, so you have to manually hit reshuffle.
9. The workouts don't stay on the current week, I have to shuffle through them to get to the week I'm on.The workouts are great when the app works correctly.
