1. 07-01-23 UPDATE, tried arlo once again and omg IT SUCKS! Get a wifi camera and hub instead.Since the latest and completed update we're having issues with using the disarm selection.
2. But with recent update their is a delay in video postings and the system continially states a problem on all cameras.
3. Update: it's not that a camera doesn't detect motion anymore (or 2 cameras), the whole system is sometimes intermittent, as if the server is having issues.
4. Raising my rating.I've been in Arlo customer for many years and have accumulated dozens of cameras and other Arlo products.
5. The biggest issue I had was camera going off line, then figuring out why it never reconnects automatically, I have to go through the entire set up from the beginning and nothing else I have went offline either and yes the modem is like 2' from the front door.
6. App "can't reach Arlo servers." Unfocused cameras and gets streaks in picture.
7. You touch the bubble that should darken to the option you choose..disarm, backyard camera only, etc..the selection doesn't highlight..do you don't know if you're disarmed etc.
8. It can't distinguish lights hitting the grass vs people.Good cameras pick up motion quickly.
9. Now that doesn't work, and I have a new issue with none of my cameras going live.
10. I now have to update it daily or the cameras don't work.
11. Cams sense motion and then stay on, draining batteries quickly.Over the last few months I've stopped receiving notifications for anything.
