Why should I report an Issue with Quahl (Q)?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Would be nice if for the time being users of the app could be updated with the progress, as apart from that this app currently serves no big purpose.Others have written concerning the inability of the app to open on installation and I thought this should have been resolved but it persisted with the same, ' something went wrong', I tried logging in with my Google account it will redirect me to fill my account details again and still tell me.

2. Initiave Q, with the launch of it's digital wallet, took another step pointed to it's final goal, to make one Q worth one dollar.Only allows you to login through a social media account.

3. The system uses its own currency, the Q, and to get people to start using the system once it's ready they are allocating Qs for free to people that sign up now (the amount drops as more people join - so better to join early).

4. Seems like they never intended to do more than collect people with this project.1. Can't refresh the page, thus unable to see the updation on the activity history(you should keep atleast a pull-down to refresh loader).

5. No point in having it if I can't use it and log in.Initiative Q is an attempt by ex-PayPal guys to create a new payment system instead of payment cards that were designed in the 1950s.

6. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but I got the same error.Been on this project since inception, and here's my first review.

1. Fix Quahl (Q) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Quahl (Q): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Quahl (Q) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Quahl (Q)" » Open Quahl (Q) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Quahl (Q) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Quahl (Q) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Quahl (Q) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Quahl (Q)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Quahl (Q) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Quahl (Q) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Quahl (Q). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Quahl (Q) then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Quahl (Q) not working

2. Fix Quahl (Q) Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Quahl (Q) be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Quahl (Q) not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Quahl (Q) may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
