1. If the cloths wouldn't be so good, I would have given up! Please solve this issue, no one wants to see heavy videos, all we want is to buy the goods 🤯Awful experience, one of the wors internet shopping carts and payment processing! Tried many times and at the end the products were not in the cart.

2. Impossible to buy from! I suggest the app designers stop trying to make it so fancy with lots of motion effects and instead focus on actually showing customers the products they are selling.Overall, I like the design, everything was easy to search and find, but there are couple of things I found a little buggy.

3. I cleared the app data and reinstalled, but it's no use.Terrible experience! All the shops are closed and we are depending on ordering online, took me over an hour to order 3 items on the app...always freezing or stopped working.

1. Fix OYSHO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OYSHO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OYSHO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OYSHO" » Open OYSHO: Online Fashion Store » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OYSHO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OYSHO: Online Fashion Store app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OYSHO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OYSHO: Online Fashion Store" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OYSHO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OYSHO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OYSHO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OYSHO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OYSHO not working

2. Fix OYSHO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OYSHO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OYSHO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OYSHO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
