1. The only thing that stopped me from giving a higher rating is that each time I select an item to view or add to my cart, using the app back button or my phone's back button takes me back to the "Shop by Department" menu instead of the page where I left off and I have to start my search, enter my filters, etc.

2. Comparing items is virtually impossible because if you select an item to view details, then try to go back, it takes you all the way back to the home page.

3. I know it's not completely frozen because the back button at the top still works; but once it starts freezing up like this, I am unable to navigate through any search.Hobby Lobby has wonderful merchandise, but the app is not so wonderful.

4. If I get to an item after taking forever to get to a list of products I'm interested in, I cant click on it because if I do, I can't back out of that and resume looking without being kicked to the home page of the app.

5. Keyboard no longer works when trying to sign in, add multiple quantities of items or when attempting to search anything unless you use the search bar on the homepage.

6. Select an item and then try to find it in the store, good luck! No location information is presented.

7. Back button takes you back to the homescreen instead of your previous search.

8. After searching for a key word a list of matches is displayed but you aren't told that it's out of stock until AFTER you select an item.

9. You can not hit the back button or you have to start all over to find you item again.

10. I had 2 of one item in my cart but needed just 1, when I tried to change it locks up and you have to close the app.

11. None of the icons on the home page of the app match up so when you click one icon to look at something, it gives you something completely different.

1. Fix Hob Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hob: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hob App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hob" » Open Hobby Lobby Stores » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hob » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hobby Lobby Stores app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hob servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hobby Lobby Stores" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hob app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hob might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hob. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hob then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hob not working

2. Fix Hob Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hob be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hob not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hob may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
