1. Please put rewards and coupons back together, even cashiers are complaining about the update!This used to be organized so well but they changed the user interface completely and now half of it doesn't work, it's harder to find the coupons, and it's constantly logging me out of my account (if it let's me log in in the first place).

6. I love Michael's for decent quality art supplies but the app is overall horrible I'm always stuck at the choosing what Michael's adress by zipcode or location and it won't even let me load into the next screen! If I can load into the app, I can't buy anything.

7. Idk if it was just me but the upgrade also knocked everything off my favorites list! Shopping within the app has changed as well, when looking at something if you hit the back button it takes you ALL that way back to the beginning where you choose a category vs just taking you back one step to the category you were looking at.

8. Items are way large on my screen so I cant see everything all at onetime, like the picutre of the item, the price, the drescription.

9. They took away the scan feature which allowed you to scan items in store to know the price.
