Why should I report an Issue with Hiyayo - Online video chat & voice chat?

1. :)the app is good but the speaker or sound on call is not .. that was so high and everyone hears .. can you please help me fix that issue turn off the sound on call .We can't use earphones?.... But why?? When we r on a call! Sound goes automatically on speaker.. Please make a option to use both speakers or earphones!From couple of days observing that some of recorded video showing while connecting with someone.

2. What does the app want to make us? "Fool" or not? Please remove this recording videos and connection with LIVE only.If you won't able requesting Google to block this app.The new update is fake.

5. when i tried to change my profile it started to bug out and it started to open when i closed the app.

1. Fix Hiyayo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hiyayo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hiyayo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hiyayo" » Open Hiyayo - Online video chat & voice chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hiyayo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hiyayo - Online video chat & voice chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hiyayo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hiyayo - Online video chat & voice chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hiyayo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hiyayo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hiyayo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hiyayo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hiyayo not working

2. Fix Hiyayo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hiyayo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hiyayo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hiyayo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
