1. Many times I try to log in and it don't recognize my details and I have to restart the phone.I can't register by insert my valid data tha app always give me connection error as i've tried more than once and when i register with my google account then proceed to get an order , it gives me again connection error also tried more than once ,App is so slow it's crazy, it can't load items, half them are loaded, half you can't see what they are bc there is no pictures.

2. Very hard to track updates of orders with wrong email :(During sales period some items have availability when you select them into the shopping cart and as soon as they land on the shopping cart it shows as sold out even tho it still has availability.

3. Also, I put items in my basket and they just dissapeared, so I had to go through all once again, I spent half an hour trying to find items I wanna buy (which I already had in my basket), horribly annoying.

4. But with every update (wich are in fact quite too often) products, I've saved before to my wishlist or to the basket, just disappear and I have to search for them again, what is annoying.

5. Also it'd be nice if we could save to our wishlist more than 25 objects.App full of flaws! I've been having issues with my returns as I had to change my email address and the app constantly change it back.

1. Fix Stradivarius Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Stradivarius: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Stradivarius App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stradivarius" » Open Stradivarius - Clothing Store » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stradivarius » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stradivarius - Clothing Store app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stradivarius servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stradivarius - Clothing Store" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Stradivarius app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stradivarius might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Stradivarius. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stradivarius then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stradivarius not working

2. Fix Stradivarius Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stradivarius be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stradivarius not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stradivarius may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
