I've used MobileBiz Pro for several years now and I am very satisfied.great app have been using the pro over a year, I just wish it had better support for GPS to drive to customers location (bill to & ship to links, does not pick current location, in my case it only say Canada, location permission has been enabled for the app).Great app.

2. It's only shown individually?New version does not work anymore with Dropbox it does not link correctly or show any backups it's as if the storage location did not exist it has 9 years of backups accessible through dropbox but shows empty in mobilebiz pro.

3. PayPal link does not accept any custom text anymore I do not mind using an older version as long as I get the paypal custom text link and dropbox working correctly .

4. keep up the good work chaps.Only invoice app i have found that actually lets you sort your invoice list by different criteria - eg 'date' 'invoice number' etc !!!!! This is basic functionality that i need to be able to keep track of my business !!!I really enjoy this app.

5. I can't justify the fee DropBox asks for the service that allows sharing to more devices, Is there another service that MobilBiz can set as a default, like DropBox now is, that would allow the same feature it uses from DropBox App? Can you show available qty in the item list.

6. I'm concerned that DropBox policy now has a limit on free version for number of devices attached.

7. I have a suggestion, I would love to see if possible from you guys... In the Individual Sales Section, can you make it so it also shows the Project Title? For example... I am a mechanic and use this for multiple vehicles per client.

9. It isn't full of the disappointments of online accounting such as MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks, which offer the moon and gives you meteorites...fantastic bit of software.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Issues

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open Mobilebiz Pro: Invoice Maker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Mobilebiz Pro: Invoice Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobilebiz Pro: Invoice Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working


2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
