1. Oh yeah, they are expensive! Sometimes you get what you pay for, and for the rest of time you get what you're willing to pay.what drives me is the strength of this device i would have a hundred AT&T- Devices that are of this Model : it ,"is "so, blasted, Great."My camera is not working and I have updated up to 4times and I keep sending reports about the camera but yet to be fixed please fix this pleaseI don't even know what it is but I'm going to give it five stars because everything that I have done with HTC has been a pleasure for at least 10 years always learning something new with easeplease disable the lock screen when the face detection feature is used so that the main screen automatically opens.Love HTC Bolt 2PYB2 , but can't seem to get my phone a service provider.

All data are locked inside, couldn't even back up the last few days which is when I added the most data!!HTC makes great phones.

3. You lift us without update am still raining Android 10 while others are using Android 12 so why are we out dated?! Keen to hear from HTCOne of those "behind the scenes" services which can make or break a device.

4. please fix it,it won't download takes to Long and slowing my phone down I have a HTC one m9 and the new update is no good for now until the company updates it then I'll give you a five start rating that's only if it works.

1. Fix HTC Service Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HTC Service: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HTC Service App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HTC Service" » Open HTC Service - HTC PNS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HTC Service » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HTC Service - HTC PNS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HTC Service servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HTC Service - HTC PNS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HTC Service app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HTC Service might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HTC Service. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HTC Service then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HTC Service not working

2. Fix HTC Service Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HTC Service be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HTC Service not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HTC Service may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
