About Amazon Shopper Panel

1. The Amazon Shopper Panel is an opt-in, invitation-only program where participants can earn monthly rewards by sharing receipts from purchases made outside of Amazon. com, completing short surveys, and enabling ad verification for the ads they see from Amazon’s own advertising or third-party businesses that advertise through Amazon Ads. Earning rewards is easy.

2. Participation in the Amazon Shopper Panel is voluntary and panelists can stop using the app, sharing receipts, answering survey questions, or enabling ad verification at any time.

3. Simply upload eligible receipts every month by using the Amazon Shopper Panel app to take pictures of paper receipts or by forwarding email receipts to receipts@panel. amazon. com and you’ll earn up to $10 towards either an Amazon Balance or a charitable donation.

4. Amazon only receives information that panelists explicitly choose to share via the Shopper Panel, such as information extracted from uploaded receipts (including product or retailer names), survey responses, or ads they have seen.

5. VpnService Utilization: If you enable the ad verification feature, the Amazon Shopper Panel will utilize Android's VpnService to setup a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection.

6. The Amazon Shopper Panel will not install a VPN on your device but does use VPN device permissions to setup an Amazon DNS ( ), which enables Amazon to collect and use information about the ads you see from Amazon.

7. By using this app, you agree to Amazon’s Conditions of Use ( ) and the Amazon Shopper Panel T&Cs (available in the app).

8. The Amazon Shopper Panel is available to a limited number of Amazon customers in the US.

9. If you wish to delete only your Amazon Shopper Panel data or opt out of the program, you may do so through the Amazon Shopper Panel app.

Amazon Shopper Panel Customer Insights

1. I contacted the number that's available in the Amazon shoppers panel app and they pretty much didn't seem like they knew what they were talking about so I was extremely confused about that.Was working fine but i don't know who approved the latest update.

2. My only complaint is that I used to be able to snap pics of my receipts as I went and upload them all at once from my photo library, but ever since I had to reinstall the app a few months ago that option has no longer worked.

3. When trying to load the app, there's just a blue screen with words Amazon Shopper Panel.

4. It's super annoying that apps that I use every day are no longer functioning, but as soon as I turn off the Amazon shopper panel, everything works again.

5. I simply take pictures of receipts for my purchases throughout the month, and then at the end of the month I get $10 on Amazon.

6. It's just such a pain to have to take multiple shots of one long receipt by taking one pic, verifying the image, hitting a little link, and trying to take another shot and line it up with the first.

7. but I was a little disappointed when I first signed out and I went in there were seven surveys available for me I completed one of them and went back to go do the others and the others were all gone.

8. I submit my receipts via the email address, but have to check the app to see if they were approved or denied.

9. I've earned many $10 credits by uploading pics of my receipts.

10. Your limit is 10 receipts, if you keep adding more you will not get a higher reward.

11. As soon as I turn on the VPN it blocks many of my other apps on my phone from working.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Amazon Shopper Panel Issues

1. Fix Amazon Shopper Panel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Amazon Shopper Panel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Amazon Shopper Panel App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Amazon Shopper Panel" » Open Amazon Shopper Panel » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Amazon Shopper Panel » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Amazon Shopper Panel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amazon Shopper Panel servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amazon Shopper Panel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Amazon Shopper Panel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amazon Shopper Panel might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Amazon Shopper Panel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amazon Shopper Panel then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amazon Shopper Panel not working


2. Fix Amazon Shopper Panel Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Amazon Shopper Panel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Amazon Shopper Panel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Amazon Shopper Panel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • the app is not allowing to use the camera to take pictures of the receipts. I gave all the proper permission like it states. I emailed them like it states with the picture in the body but t5hey are being rejected. I did not receive my $2.00 rewards for the VPN/Ads that stopped working. Now it seems to be working this month. I talked several times to Customer service and never got a resolution.

  • Bonjour, maintenant les tickets de caisse ne sont plus donner si on ne le demande pas. Pour certaines applications on peut transférer notre ticket de caisse en sélectionnant le ticket sur le site marchand et en haut il y a un onglet qui permet de le transférer et après on accède à certains onglet et on l'envois mais pas pour vous ! Is it possible to transfer my account over into her name so that she'll have one? We live in the same house. She knows how it works. I don't want you to close my account.   • Yes I scanned receipts on the amazon shopper panel app and it said it will reward me in 48 hours and I did not get my reward yet and I would like to know what's taking them long to send the reward to my email I waited like 2 days and it haven't got to my gmail yet.

    I submitted my 10 receipts and it's showing on my account that I submitted 10 receipts but I was only credited for 25 cents for a survey I completed. This was the first month I did not receive the $10 on my Amazon balance. I can send pics of my account if necessary. Thanks.
