1. I contacted the number that's available in the Amazon shoppers panel app and they pretty much didn't seem like they knew what they were talking about so I was extremely confused about that.Was working fine but i don't know who approved the latest update.

2. My only complaint is that I used to be able to snap pics of my receipts as I went and upload them all at once from my photo library, but ever since I had to reinstall the app a few months ago that option has no longer worked.

  4. Check Amazon Shopper Panel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amazon Shopper Panel might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Amazon Shopper Panel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amazon Shopper Panel then reinstall.

the app is not allowing to use the camera to take pictures of the receipts. I gave all the proper permission like it states. I emailed them like it states with the picture in the body but t5hey are being rejected. I did not receive my $2.00 rewards for the VPN/Ads that stopped working. Now it seems to be working this month. I talked several times to Customer service and never got a resolution.

Bonjour, maintenant les tickets de caisse ne sont plus donner si on ne le demande pas. Pour certaines applications on peut transférer notre ticket de caisse en sélectionnant le ticket sur le site marchand et en haut il y a un onglet qui permet de le transférer et après on accède à certains onglet et on l'envois mais pas pour vous ! Yes I scanned receipts on the amazon shopper panel app and it said it will reward me in 48 hours and I did not get my reward yet and I would like to know what's taking them long to send the reward to my email I waited like 2 days and it haven't got to my gmail yet.

To Amazon shopper panel app: I submitted my 10 receipts and it's showing on my account that I submitted 10 receipts but I was only credited for 25 cents for a survey I completed. This was the first month I did not receive the $10 on my Amazon balance. I can send pics of my account if necessary. Thanks.

I have 10 recepts and it says I am meant to get my 10$ but it has been a week still nothing.
