When I tried to re add them, I get a message saying that my licence is linked to another account (which is mine, and my email address) very very frustrating.My phone was able to use this app without any issue but now with new update it says "I am using non-standard software" well i downloaded it feom playstore and if it is non standard then perhaps u have uploaded an illegal app on the internet.
2. Absolute waste of time, and the highest kind of incompetence and corruption to develop such an appalling solution that pretends to helpAwesome App π.. I love the fact that you can see the odometer whe you check a rego number of a car.. Awesome job guys CHEERS π».. Just Add the Car History now and it'll be even more awesome π π€©All of a sudden my device is using non standard software.
3. Worst of all once a service is added, if some functions are not supposed via the app, it locks the functionalities via the specific service online, tried 4 different browsers with the same results... I added the toll account and was a nightmare to order brackets and add my new vehicle, I had to spend 1 hour on the phone to get this sortedSurprisingly easy to use with a lot of great features.
4. Happy to see the addition of many licence types to the app and would love if you could also add the Traffic Control card from Safework NSW to the list!In the previous version, I had my digital licence, WWCC linked and visible at the top of the app home page.
5. Can't tell how much of the time is backend issues, but the UI experience is frustrating when auto filling details saved previously either doesn't happen, or tantalisingly occurs only for details to be deleted upon pressing "confirm".
6. *update- thanks its working now.*Links to licence renewals open within a browser within the app and are the exact opposite of mobile friendly.
7. When opening the app it says update Google play store but the store is already updated to the latest version.
8. The device and it's software was OK until today's update.Barely Ok when it works (sluggishly at best), but so often it doesn't.
9. And little things like forcing you to trim spaces yourself before proceeding round just out the generally bad experience.It has ups and downs, sadly many downs.
10. Still trying to resolve that issue.Very useful app for accessing many services from NSW govt.
11. The concept is great but many services are difficult to add and or do not communicate with each other via the app.
