1. It gave me no chance to determine the from/old and to/new device as I intend it but seems to solemnly want to base this on version and/or type of phone? You can REALLY not imagine any other situation or reason for different order HTC?! Rubbish!!How to make it work: Wi-Fi on new phone may shut down when trying to transfer and transfer will fail.

4. Then go through transfer process but opening HTC Transfer app on old phone and on new phone going to settings and tap on transfer from old phone to new phone.

6. On new phone search on Wi-Fi for old phone as hotspot.
