1. Basically hitbtc stole my money.They are terrible and this is not a technical problem that someone might hope they'll fix it! They just play those trick only when you try to withdraw and they kill you with high flat fees which you can't know before you buy so only after you buy the coins than you reveal the fees than you can't withdraw coz they keep playing games like issue with API or 2FA for months like for me since April 2021 when i solved they email withdraw confirmation for which the link they send always shows invalid!!!Force to use a 2 step verification process to access your account and then the screen does not stop processing/loading after you input the verification code.

2. I prefer the computer based platform myself.I have used hitbtc for 4 years, because I can't withdraw my coins of the high fees and withdrawal downtime.

3. In conclusion this is a honest way of scam.What kind of exchange is this? I just transferred some usdt using Solana network, hitbtc named it "usdtsol" the first time I saw such name.

4. The fees are sometimes a bit high on withdrawals, so you have to check your currency before you deposit it, and make a plan for what to withdraw.

5. Not good for investors! App contains "no adds" which must stay this way! (App very easy but tge new change from "Orders" to "Records" is not right and confusing especially when no small tutorial showed or explained the change was made.

7. But final push towards exiting this exchange was the kick token "we don't support swap" then they'r support didn't answer any questions.
