1. HMH Well provides easy access to MyChart, Find a Doctor, Wait Times for our Emergency Departments and other important health information.

I will try the help desk during the week, but so far I am not impressed.Kind of useless it doesn't even keep you logged in and in every single time you to keep logging in over and over and over again if you just want to look at one thing from your profile then it keeps telling you to log out and it logs you out that says oh we sent you another another number to put in this is annoying and it's really ridiculous if you have the app you should be allowed to stay logged insigned up on computer and signed in on the app, works amazing it's great the idea to have the results where u r, and it's amazing that I can have all I need to get to the appointment in the app.

2. You get no response when you message your doctor, test results ar not always posted, Drs notes are inacurate, covid and other vaccine info is Not updated, and you CANNOT refill prescriptions.

3. Also bills cannot be paid via app, error message on every device in my home including other phones making an annoying phone call and long hold necessary.

4. When I do get the verification code, I receive an error message code is invalid.

5. When I try to log in and receive the verification code I always get an error message.

6. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS TRASH.I cant log on but I am sure I am using the correct info because I have logged on using my computer.

7. It currently accepts my username and password, sends me a code to enter, but then once I do that, it says it was unable to communicate with the server and to try again later.

8. I think this app is a scam asking for to much and when they got ur information they keep asking for credit report your credit card and a lot of private.

9. I wish they wolud fix it because when it does work you can see your results, make or change appointments, balance etc.Horrible app.

10. I tried setting up my credentials but I cannot complete the entry because I dont know my medical record number.

1. Fix HMH Well Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HMH Well: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HMH Well App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HMH Well" » Open HMH Well » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HMH Well » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HMH Well app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HMH Well servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HMH Well" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HMH Well app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HMH Well might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HMH Well. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HMH Well then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HMH Well not working

2. Fix HMH Well Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HMH Well be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HMH Well not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HMH Well may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
