1. I'm waiting on important info, so now I have no idea how I'm going to access my portal.Whose brain fart caused the payment method to be removed from my account?? I try to pay a bill and I have no payment method! And, what dumbass thought it would be a good idea to NOT provide for adding a payment method unless you're paying a bill?? If it's in there, it's not obvious.

1. Fix WellSpan Health Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WellSpan Health: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WellSpan Health App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WellSpan Health" » Open WellSpan Health » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WellSpan Health » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WellSpan Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WellSpan Health servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WellSpan Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WellSpan Health app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WellSpan Health might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WellSpan Health. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WellSpan Health then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WellSpan Health not working
