1. I'm waiting on important info, so now I have no idea how I'm going to access my portal.Whose brain fart caused the payment method to be removed from my account?? I try to pay a bill and I have no payment method! And, what dumbass thought it would be a good idea to NOT provide for adding a payment method unless you're paying a bill?? If it's in there, it's not obvious.

Very organized, very timely.The app is so easy to navigate, and I love that I can send a non emergency message to any of my doctors without having to call in or book an appointment.I used to love this app because it was always easy to navigate and very clear, but since updating on 2/15/23 it constantly crashes.

4. Reminds me of another product that the designers never used in the real world.I have lived in various places in PA and this experience with Wellspan has been the most modern and easy way to keep my medical information available in detail.
5. Keeps you informed and you can do mobile check ins for your appointments/online questionnaires! This makes life so much easier when it comes to navigating healthcare in the Wellspan system!Stays up to date, keeps up with the patient's needs.
6. I have used a few other health portal apps and they are not as easy to use.
7. You can even use a graph choice and see all your blood test results from last year and the year before and compare and pick dates.
