Eyes Customer Insights

1. I love being able to enter information on site!I took away one star because for the most part there are low paying jobs, you only get paid once a month and dont recieve the pay until a month after you complete the assignment, and the app does not show hardly anything compared to the website.

2. It's not good enough pay to do as a full time job.The app is useful to sign up for job assignments but it lacks any filters and the jobs are listed completely random.

3. It's a good tool - just a bit basic.It seems fairly stable, but needs more development to add atleast essential information, particularly assignment dates.

4. Sometimes takes a long time to load assignment info.

5. Quite a few jobs are mislabeled when you're in map mode, for ex: you click on an icon for a service job but the job description is for a Sonic drive in shop.

6. App is a little clunky and doesn't pull up all info I need to see on my assignments.

7. -Integrate the ability for shoppers to fill out the review paperwork and upload pictures/documents.

8. A couple suggestions: -Keep the user signed in, or at least have the ability to use a PIN instead of full password.

9. Apps that you have to sign into each time are extremely annoying and inconvenient.

10. There is no way of locating a specific job that you signed up for unless you search through all of your past and current job assignments.

11. -Make the app fully integrated so clients and shoppers can fully operate from the app without having to go to the website.It's not the most user friendly.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Eyes Issues

1. Fix Eyes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Eyes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Eyes App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Eyes" » Open Eyes:On » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Eyes » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Eyes:On app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Eyes servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eyes:On" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Eyes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eyes might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Eyes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eyes then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eyes not working


2. Fix Eyes Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Eyes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Eyes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Eyes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
