Grab Driver Customer Insights

1. And once arrived to the pickup point when the booking customer not at the pick up point i want to cancel the booking on passenger no show but there's only 1 option appears Can't Reach On Time and my cancellation rate got effected.

2. After Grab launching Grab navigation app and trying hard to force driver partners to use it , if we didn't now those still using Waze might have big problems after every time pickup.

3. Really not worth it as they always count the distance from vendor to cuatomer, cannot be bother to actually count on where the rider locatiom is.I am use to it using Waze navigation from day one as a phd.

4. Please seriously looks into this as it is also hazardous for the driver without a clear indication.Need to have better options for cancellations due to inappropriate pickup locations when customers are not even able to be contactable.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Grab Driver Issues

1. Fix Grab Driver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Grab Driver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Grab Driver App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Grab Driver" » Open Grab Driver: App for Partners » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Grab Driver » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Grab Driver: App for Partners app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Grab Driver servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Grab Driver: App for Partners" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Grab Driver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Grab Driver might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Grab Driver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Grab Driver then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Grab Driver not working


2. Fix Grab Driver Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Grab Driver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Grab Driver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Grab Driver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
