Why should I report an Issue with Snapp?

1. The other negative point is about the rush hours that finding the taxi is very very hard unless you cancel some times, after increasing the money you can have a taxi! Snapp doesn't consider the TIME.

2. Not only me but also my friends have faced a variety of bugs that other reviewers have already mentioned, i think they betta fix them soon, some of them cause serious problems and waste the costumers time.This is probably an app to find what you have in your handy .

3. Taxi fares are most of the times very high by the way.The application was working fine until a few weeks ago when, once again, it had automatically signed me out of the app for no apparent reason but this time, i was not able to sign back in.

4. I would enter my phone number and enter the code that was sent, but nothing would happen and it would stay in the code entering page, without giving any kind of info on wether it was accepted or not or if there is any problem.

5. especially every time you want ro register it after installation, you get a registration code but the app says this code is wrong.

6. All in all it's a good app, it has eased transportation a lot, made it cost effective and time saving.

7. For example the market part of this app is very slow and it takes a lot of time to purchase what you want.

8. I tried to create an account but I received this message telling me that my email was registered before🤨 and then I tried with another email, I didn't receive any confirmation email.

9. even when the app is working, it takes at least 1 hour for one driver to take and respond to your taxi request.

10. But damn it's buggy as hell and all these bugs happened with the latest update, and it's been quite few month since developers released this update and haven't put much if any effort to fix the bugs.

11. It makes me believe i would better walk to my destination rather than waiting for one hour and squandering my time.

1. Fix Snapp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Snapp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Snapp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Snapp" » Open Snapp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Snapp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Snapp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Snapp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Snapp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Snapp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Snapp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Snapp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Snapp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Snapp not working

2. Fix Snapp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Snapp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Snapp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Snapp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
