1. no replies heard from them yet.VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR E FIRST TIME N IT WOULD BE MY LAST TIME TAKING THIS STUPID GRAB SHUTTLE!!! THEY CHANGE THE PLATE NUMBER VERY LAST MIN!!!! EVEN THOU IT JZ PATHETIC $5.50 PER TRIP BUT THEIR SYSTEM IS VERY POOR!!!! I WAS DOWN WAITING SINCE 5.20PM WHEN IT STATE 5.40PM,, I EVEN THE SCREENSHOT OF IT!!! BUT WHEN THE BUS LEFT AT EXACT 5.40PM,, THAT ONLY WHEN THE PLATE NUMBER CHANGE!!!! NO MORE GRAB SHUTTLE FOR ME!!!! SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!!!!!Driver can let passenger wait for 15 mins.
2. driver arrive earlier than stated timing but didnt wait for passenger and left early.
3. Passenger arrive punctually but yet the bus left before pick up time.
4. This had happen a few times and grabshuttle support reply is slow and also system seems to have a flaw where i was charge for something which i did not book.
5. Consumer have no avenues to feedback.just like grab app and other grab services.
6. hope a competitor lower price and outcompetes them.Previously input card details and wanted to remove it but the app can't even load.
7. Need to close app for many times to book a trip.
8. full of bugs and poor service.
9. ThanksThis app needs a better way to search for routes.
10. very bad customer service rendered.
