1. Wishlist doesnt work, just says error.I've tried to order twice now and it doesn't go through! Going on holiday next week and I can't buy the clothes I want! App is very slow keeps saying error.

Not impressed 1st time shopping with boohoo and can't even buy anything 😒Very convenient site...a lot of nice fashions and I like that the items run true to size...have yet to be disappointed in my shopping experience...I recommend, especially for bigger men like myself, who can find it hard to get clothes in our size that actually look good...Can't add items to my basket unless I log in.

I'm assuming that people that have issues with shipping aren't aware of how UPS works, which is pretty sad...probably giving P.O. boxes or something....lol overall A+ highly recommended!continuously get error messages when trying to pay for something, when I know for sure there's nothing wrong with my card, I even tried multiple cards just to be sure.

11. I thought they were joking! Most retailers give you a discount or gift when they mess up, not take more money off you and make you have to faff about returning something!This app is perfectly fine but they don't give any real way of contacting them.

1. Restart boohooMAN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the boohooMAN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "boohooMAN" » Open boohooMAN: Shop Men’s Clothing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for boohooMAN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear boohooMAN: Shop Men’s Clothing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from boohooMAN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "boohooMAN: Shop Men’s Clothing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check boohooMAN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, boohooMAN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall boohooMAN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall boohooMAN then reinstall.
