Much, much respect goes to the dev team for reaching out so soon and wanting to help and get to the bottom of the problem!!!When it works it's great, lately it's been worthless, when you try to click into a category it just sits there and loads and never brings anything up, I've checked for updates and even uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesn't work right.

I will search what I want and get a layer into the search and the app completely freezes and the gives me the app not responding noty and I usually "wait for app to respond" but this usually gives me a few minutes before I have to close the app and try to restart.Wish They Would Fix It! This app would be great if the developers would listen to the people and fix what needs to be fixed.

Sent the developer an email about the issue but no response.As a heads up when selling something you have to wait for the photos to load, fill out the required forms i.e. what ur selling and price, and for some listing you have to upgrade the listing i.e. puppies have a $20 fee if the selling price is over $350.

4. Tried to search for "table" and "desk" and only results are store ads from zimmermans furniture (even more of a reason to not shop there.) The UI is terrible with pop up ads that take over the screen making you hit back to close them, resulting on also going back a page on the app.

7. Edit: They addressed the issue almost immediately by contacting me with an updated app after reading that I had a problem and it solved the problem.

8. Apparently this happened to some but not phones and they fixed it as soon as they found out there was a problem.

9. Hopefully their website is in better shape than their app, because I'm done trying constantly restarting the app.Like others said.....used to work and now it doesn't.

10. Apparently when the app updated it changed my area of search to only 75 miles instead of the max or whatever I had it set to.

11. Also if you do have a problem the tech support goes above and beyond to assist a ultimately fix the problem.

1. Fix BisManOnline Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BisManOnline: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BisManOnline App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BisManOnline" » Open BisManOnline » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BisManOnline » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BisManOnline app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BisManOnline servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BisManOnline" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BisManOnline app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BisManOnline might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BisManOnline. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BisManOnline then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BisManOnline not working

2. Fix BisManOnline Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BisManOnline be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BisManOnline not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BisManOnline may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
