1. Keeps saying item is not available! Not surprised as it takes so long to get assistance..Over a week this has been going on but funnily enough my first order went through and I paid for the next day delivery service which now is a con as im not getting anything!! Not even able to speak to someone and pay over the phone...Really poor serviceCan't save items on my wishlist and when wanting to purchase it keeps saying some items are no longer available then I removed those are no longer available but then it makes most of the items unavailable 😞😕, really annoying and frustrating.. I tried turning off my phone to see if it was my phone that was causing boohoo not to work but I guess it wasn't my phone it's the app!! It really annoying! It will be better if the app get fixed properly!!..This has to be one of the worst apps! My wishlist hasn't loaded for months.

2. I've reinstalled the app,cleared cookies and everything else possible and still not working! When it does actually work it never lists in the order that you be added items to the wishlist and if you click to view an item it then takes you right back to the beginning of your wishlist! So disappointed as I loved shopping with Boohoo and alot of the time it was to go back and purchase stuff from my wishlist!The app has been down for sometime now, can customers have some indication as to what is going on? People have tried uninstalling loging out etc.

3. As if it couldn't get worse, I returned $105 worth of items & got an email telling me I'd recieve a $12 refund.

4. Just avoid this whole company absolute rubbish.Get to payment verification but you cannot return to the app and you items disappear from your basket.

5. I really want the items and am very discouraged from even trying anymore.Disappointed!!! The app is so slow and buggy.

6. Now when I want to scroll through clothing and I click on an item to look at it more closely, and then click the back button it brings me all the way back to the beginning of all the clothes I just scrolled through, and then it has to reload everything I just passed.

7. I have tried 3 times to pay for items and it glitches so bad and then kicks my items out of my shopping cart.

8. This app has always been kind of glitchy, but I've used it anyway & have made who knows how many purchases via Boohoo for years.

9. So this is the third time I have had to go back through to add the items back.

1. Fix boohoo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart boohoo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the boohoo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "boohoo" » Open boohoo – Clothes Shopping » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for boohoo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear boohoo – Clothes Shopping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from boohoo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "boohoo – Clothes Shopping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check boohoo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, boohoo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall boohoo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall boohoo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing boohoo not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make boohoo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
