1. Long story short I love the bathing suit and I've now got an adorable dress too! But! yes there's a but, what's made me a lifetime customer/cheerleader is the customer service! Best Ever Online shopping experience!Cupshe is my absolute go to for swimsuits!! They have any style you could possibly look for, AND super affordable!! Plus, their customer service is excellent!! The app is also really easy to navigate.

2. I suppose the final check will be after the garments are washed to check for shrinking etc.Super cute swimsuits and fast shipping! Customer service is very helpful if you need to return or exchange.The filters don't work at all, I keep trying to see what is available in my size but every time I click on one I like it's out of stock.I thought I would check out this app but it seems like all I ever see everywhere else are ads for this app.

3. The best part, I got my refund right away, I was able to do everything thru the app instead of having to be talking on the phone, and the app is superrrr easy to navigate! Thank you, CupShe !!I bought four swimsuits from CupShe, and loved the design and feel! Unfortunately, my torso was too long and thin for their sizing, and I had to return them.

1. Fix Cupshe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cupshe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cupshe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cupshe" » Open Cupshe - Clothing & Swimsuit » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cupshe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cupshe - Clothing & Swimsuit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cupshe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cupshe - Clothing & Swimsuit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cupshe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cupshe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cupshe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cupshe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cupshe not working

2. Fix Cupshe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cupshe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cupshe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cupshe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
