The second problem is many of your Captains turn the AC off,(I've rate many of them for this case), they must Learn it's a default things on each customer Trip, not every customer talk to the captain for this, and just enough with bad journey rates.just one issue, whenever I type a location into the search bar no english names come up, this is perplexing to some of us who don't read arabic much, if there was an option to change language of the results that show up that would be great.Great application, but there is something wrong with the captains accepting a ride request.
2. Is there a possibility for the Captains to see the passenger's choice for what payment they will be using? (just show the captain that the passenger will pay with cash/go pay for this trip) Thank you.Greetings, since the app is new in the market, the tech dept should make it possible to share the app via message in the sense that if person A shares with B and B starts to actually use the app then both of them should receive some form of promos and B with C and so on and so forth.
3. captains don't take their paymens via go pay, I had to cancel my ride one time just so I could change the payment method.You've a map problems, when you open the App for new journey, the old from location appears whenever it must appear your exactly current location, you've log out from the App many times in order your current location appear as kick of location.

5. Since Go Pay came out Captains kept asking if we will pay via cash or go pay and a number of them wanted/needed cash so they decline the trip.
6. The application is not showing that à captain has accepted a request, and I just received a phone call that someone has accepted my request.
7. Could you please fix this malfunction or train captains well to use the application if they don't have enough knowledge.
