Why should I report an Issue with Ride Systems?

2. The Ride Systems app shows bus riders where the bus is and when it will pick them up.

3. It provides live location of buses, arrival predictions, and other important bus route information.

1. (1) It takes about five minutes to read a single notice from the transit service (such as a detour notice) because the app inexplicably chooses to display it line by line, like a ticker, with no way to read the whole thing.

2. The route that our shuttle takes, I have to wait 30+ minutes for the next one to arrive.While the app does have the time schedule, the bus does not always follow due to varying factors.

3. Sometimes it stops for a good few minutes and all of the sudden the bus is like 5 stops down from when it was frozen! ONLY 2 stars because its better than my school's tracker at least.Can't get to shuttle tracker readily.

4. Calling the station house when a driver refuses to stop or is a no show does no good.

5. (2) For some reason "Refresh" is one of the navigation tabs, which means a misclick leads to a good thirty seconds of waiting for the whole app to restart.

6. It will say it's arriving ay my stop in 10 minutes, and 2 minutes later the shuttle has already passed my stop.

7. Safe n clean.This helps me out with the buses the only problem is that the buses don't show up on the map i don't see any buses right nowSupposed to have my service on there but I can't find it.

8. Can't find shuttle parking lot that leads to 200 south 250 east training site.

9. Also, it would be great if we could click on our destination and the closest bus route and schedule pop up.This is the single worst-designed app on my phone and very hard to use.

10. Cannot count on this app for where the shuttle is, a serious lag issue of where it's at in real time.

11. Uninstalling app now as is not useful at all.Fairly easy to navigate, but very helpful employees!!!!!¡!New to visiting SPI great way to get around without any car.

1. Fix Ride Systems Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ride Systems: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ride Systems App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ride Systems" » Open Ride Systems » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ride Systems » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ride Systems app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ride Systems servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ride Systems" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ride Systems app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ride Systems might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ride Systems. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ride Systems then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ride Systems not working

2. Fix Ride Systems Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ride Systems be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ride Systems not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ride Systems may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
