Why should I report an Issue with Google My Maps?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I can go and plan any map I want, with any route I want, but there's no app that I can navigate through these routes… Please come up with something that will allow us to use the planned routes in the maps we created with either Google navigate or any other Google navigation app.

2. Suggestions I would make are: being able to duplicate maps easier in the app, integration with Google Maps, and being able to copy layers and places to add to another map.I'm only eating the app 4 stars because its well made overall, but I'm genuinely confused at why this app is even needed.

3. Used to be able to click on a property and then click on the navigation icon and then Google maps would open up and start navigation.

11. Note that this app hasn't been updated since 2016! I had it on my Google Nexus tablet 2012 version, and that was the first of the two released that year.

1. Fix Google My Maps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Google My Maps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Google My Maps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Google My Maps" » Open Google My Maps » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Google My Maps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Google My Maps app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Google My Maps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Google My Maps" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Google My Maps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Google My Maps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Google My Maps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Google My Maps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Google My Maps not working

2. Fix Google My Maps Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Google My Maps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Google My Maps not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Google My Maps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
