1. I just recommend tweaking a template first to your liking before putting all your ideas down for an easier process!Just a great and simple app - I do wish it had more ways to customize and develop one's maps like bold-facing or italicizing fonts or changing their style, more templates (although the selection is impressive), and more options in the sidebar to maybe customize the experience.
2. Today I opened it to discover that it's now incredibly hard to use - it's difficult to add or move items (and way more restrictive in structure), it's incredibly easy to accidentally delete tons of information, almost all of the controls are hidden or nonexistent, and for some reason it won't let you have nothing selected (at least I can't figure out how to un-select).Almost there! I just wish for a few things.
3. The ability to integrate with Google Drive and other backup services would be great.Surprisingly Fun So I actually downloaded the app in a effort to improve my work performance but, as usual, got distracted instead.
4. But I get it (they gotta monetize some kind of way) but I just don't like that approach. The concept is what I've been doing on paper since 2nd grade and great for ADHD and creativity overall.
5. But the app does what it needs to for now!The app has been working fairly well for me, is pretty easy to navigate and control, but I have noticed a few areas that could improve user experience.
6. Enjoy!Literally changed the way I organize my thoughts! Love the customization options, though it can be a pain as there's no way (as far as I know) to change all the segments of a certain level at once for both current and future additions.
7. Third, it would be great if there was a way to make it so checking off sub-tasks would automatically increase the completion percentage of the higher level task.
8. However, I find it ridiculous that even in the help section there is no way to expand the topic bubbles, center the text, bubbles get moved around except when i want them too, so ok and son on it us beyond frustrating i cant take it.
9. Give it a try!The last time I used this app I was so happy with it! I could arrange my maps any way I wanted and the controls were intuitive.
10. Add a tutorial!Mindomo is a great mind mapping tool.
11. This has helped enormously with grad school and I plan to keep using it in the future.A SPECTACULAR app with a minor flaw.
