1. Other than that, I think this is overall one of the best service apps!I have been using this app probably since the very beginning! Its integration with HourGlass makes reporting my time seamless and enjoyable!Great tool to use in the ministry! 2. Good app! I use it almost every day! Only minor issues I have is that it's not so clear how to use this app with Territory Helper (e.g. importing/exporting and synchronizing territories-Tutorial?) Also it would be nice if the scheduler calendar feature would allow individual duplicate schedule entries for different months and days without having to always highlight and copy several days each time for every month/week (slow process).

1. Fix Ministry Assistant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ministry Assistant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ministry Assistant App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ministry Assistant" » Open Ministry Assistant » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ministry Assistant » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ministry Assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ministry Assistant servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ministry Assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ministry Assistant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ministry Assistant might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ministry Assistant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ministry Assistant then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ministry Assistant not working

2. Fix Ministry Assistant Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ministry Assistant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ministry Assistant not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ministry Assistant may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
