1. What a joke! This is cheating consumers! I guess decathlon does not care at all and thinks everyone is just happy by using the scale without phone connection.The app works with Apple ipods but is absolute rubbish with Android.

With so many 1-star reviews, I wonder what is stopping them from overhauling the entire app?I keep having trouble syncing and even the connection is with Bluetooth , even in close , very close range keeps telling me the device can't be found , or that I don't have anything recorded or it simply can't see my watch .

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix myGeonaute connect Issues

1. Fix myGeonaute connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart myGeonaute connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the myGeonaute connect App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myGeonaute connect" » Open myGeonaute connect » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myGeonaute connect » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear myGeonaute connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myGeonaute connect servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myGeonaute connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check myGeonaute connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myGeonaute connect might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall myGeonaute connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myGeonaute connect then reinstall.
