1. NOT worth the money at all.I have a garmin that I've had since I was eight and it hasnt ran out of batteries until now, which is 2 years! The only thing I wish they added is maybe something on the app that tracks your watch if you loose it and something that pops up on the screen to tell you your watch needs new batteries.

2. Overall I think both the watch and the app work great!Son (9yo) got his for Christmas last year.

3. I am constantly pressing the sync button on the watch, refreshing the app, completely closing out and nothing is working.

4. it seems like the developers are pushed to update without any QA.I'm only giving this app 2 stars because I have no idea if it's my son's watch or the app that isn't working.

6. The watch shows the wireless sign, the phone app DOES NOTHING.

7. We were supposed to progress to Japan, but the watch has had us repeat south Korea 3x now and won't move forward.

8. Restarted bluetooth, restarted phone, deleted watch from my bluetooth.

1. Fix Garmin Jr. Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Garmin Jr.: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Garmin Jr. App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Garmin Jr." » Open Garmin Jr.™ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Garmin Jr. » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Garmin Jr.™ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Garmin Jr. servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Garmin Jr.™" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Garmin Jr. app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Garmin Jr. might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Garmin Jr.. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Garmin Jr. then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Garmin Jr. not working

2. Fix Garmin Jr. Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Garmin Jr. be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Garmin Jr. not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Garmin Jr. may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
