Why should I report an Issue with Blade City?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. My last order, they took a few weeks to send, and when it arrived, the last item on my order wasn't included saying it was sent separately.

2. It seems very screwy & makes NO sense what so ever to release mulitiple updates that do not work for anyone at all.The only thing missing from the app and website is the ability to make wishlists.

3. I don't know if the latest updates are incompatible with my LG V40 Thin Q or if app does not work for any andoid devive but latest reviews all say the app is broken.

4. (Semi-joking... though I would if I could...) Otherwise loads smoothly, easy to navigate, giveaways and 1 free item per order of your smart about it.

7. When I tried to email about it to get it sent out it took another week or two and I ended up moving before they sent it.

8. For example, I just got a "barbarian thumper" which is a wooden club with real metal spikes on it.

9. However they do offer a decent selection of entry-level and mid grade brand name knives.

1. Fix Blade City Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Blade City: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Blade City App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Blade City" » Open Blade City » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Blade City » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Blade City app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Blade City servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Blade City" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Blade City app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Blade City might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Blade City. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Blade City then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Blade City not working

2. Fix Blade City Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Blade City be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Blade City not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Blade City may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
