1. been continually using it and quite happy to put the 5th star onIt's the best exercise app I have seen so far its easy on my body while the work is been done ...I love it would recommend it to anyone...It's a grt app i downloaded so far I'm seeing results even without the diet on my 13 th day All that is needed for this journey patience, hardwork and commitment Thank u so much for this app developer😚😚😚😚More of a core workout than that of a buttocks workout.
2. Will see it through the days.I have just downloaded it, but looking at things I like it..it has even a guide for diet.. And all the settings needed.. kudos the developer 🥂love the music ...counts down for you...this is only day 1 so as I continue if no problems etc will add the 5th star.
3. App crashes in the middle of the workout; when trying to start again it shows different movements than the current workout.
4. current workout progress shows 0% even after finish it.
5. No option to adjust the volume of the music/voice/coach tips, etc, the music is so loud tha is almost impossible to listen the voice 2.
6. I don't doubt the 10lb resistant band and 5lb ankles weight played a roll in that.
7. The slight buring sensation/heat I'm feeling in my thights tells me I did something.
8. Skipped over the other levels and went straight to advance.
9. Just tried and saw the excercises are great, but the app has a lot to improve: 1.
10. No Google fit syncing optionsGreat.
11. But seems pretty good.
